Shelly grew up in Hubertus, Wisconsin. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Psychology and Family Studies. Before joining Baird, she owned a marketing business for 14 years that focused on helping small businesses grow.
She lives in Elk Mound with her husband, Mark. They have been married over 30 years and they have two daughters, Hannah and Sophie, as well as a son-in-law, Carter. In her free time, Shelly enjoys walking her dog, Rosie, biking, attending country music concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
